First, we at Christina Gowns want to thank our customers for their patience and understanding during our transition to a new website administration system. Our previous system, hosted by a local company here in Delaware, quickly became a disaster. It became evident that this company was unable to correct the major issues it had with hosting and e-commerce, so we had to switch quickly in order to maintain our system for our customers during the 2012 prom dress season. Not an easy task!
Our staff has been working day and night to move all 5000+ dresses for Prom, Pageant, Homecoming, Quinceanera and Mother of the Bride to our new system. Each dress had to be looked at and tweaked, plus we were able to re-structure the site for better search capability. While this has been going on, our main concern is to make the site accessible and fun for our customers. Customer Service is always our top priority, and we are happy this new system will let us expand our service to you.
Please watch in the coming weeks as we add a new look to our site, we add more news on top selling dresses, dress designers, dress availability and pageant news and schedules.
